1. Digital Products
Products sold on our website in digital format and delivered electronically, once purchase is completed and the product has been downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
2. Hard Products
Products sold on our website in hard book format, once purchase is completed and the product has been delivered , we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
3. No Refunds
- Downloadable Agreement Formats: Due to the instant accessibility of our agreement formats, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once the files have been downloaded.
- Downloadable Magazines/Books: Once you have downloaded a magazine/book, we cannot offer a refund, as the content has been delivered.
- Deliverable Hard Magazines/Books: Once you have purchased a magazine/book, we cannot offer a refund, as the product has been delivered.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
